Update from FCI on COVID-19 Pandemic – March 16th, 2020
Due to recent concerns over the Corona Virus (COVID-19), Facility Concepts, Inc. would like to reassure our customers that we are monitoring the latest developments and are reacting appropriately. As of now, we plan to continue on with business as usual. We have implemented travel restrictions on our field personnel, some of our staff will be working remotely and we’ve increased cleaning protocols throughout our entire operation.
Good News – FCI’s product inventory levels are currently at historic highs. So, for the time being, we continue to have the supplies you need in stock and we will deliver them as efficiently and as quickly as possible. Also, our inbound product supply chains remain intact and on-time.
In order to be proactive, we will continue to update our customers with any news or developments that may affect our ability to continue providing industry leading products and customer service.
