1 year warranty. FCI warrants this product to be free from defective material and workmanship for 1 year from the original ship date to original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, or if product is damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, vandalism or modifications/repair by persons not authorized by FCI. This warranty supersedes any and all other warranties either expressed or implied.

Part of FCI’s Hemlock series of outdoor furniture, the HEM48C outdoor cluster seat is constructed of a clip-down, powder-coated aluminum frame with 4 composite plank seat chairs and a 34 1/4” x 48” composite plank table top. Please note that seats do not swivel.
